What is the warranty policy on Segway products?
Most Segway products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The duration varies by component: typically 1 year for the main body and 6 months for battery and charger components.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply to large electric vehicles.
Are Segway products water-resistant?
Most of our consumer products have an IP rating (such as IP54), meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged or ridden through deep puddles.
