At Segway, we stand behind our innovative personal transportation technology and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, providing a seamless exchange process for any performance concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Segway device in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
